The Kiggins Theatre is hosting a special evening celebrating the remarkable career of music industry legend Peter Asher.
The event begins with a screening of Peter Asher: Everywhere Man, a documentary exploring Asher’s journey as a chart-topping performer, award-winning producer and artist manager, including his work alongside The Beatles.
Following the film, Vancouver-based author and consulting producer David Jacks will join the audience for a live Q&A. Jacks spent more than 12 years researching Asher’s story for his biography, Peter Asher: A Life in Music, which later became the foundation for the documentary.
During the conversation, Jacks will share how the biography began, what he contributed to the film and how the book unexpectedly helped lead to one of Asher’s recent Grammy-nominated projects.
