All-Night Brisket Burn: Social Kitchen x The Smokin’ Oak

Social Kitchen and The Smokin’ Oak are teaming up for a two-part brisket-smoking experience in downtown Vancouver. Friday evening begins with brisket preparation, a fire-management demonstration, charcuterie and an overnight livestream of the smoke. Guests will return Saturday morning for brisket eggs Benedict with chipotle hollandaise, herbed potatoes, seasonal fruit, pico de gallo and coffee.

Optional beer, wine and nonalcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Limited to 24 guests.
